当您向 iMaxcan 账户添加支付方式(如信用卡、微信和支付宝)时,某些信息(包括但不限于设备位置、设备识别号和银行卡信息)可能会被发送至 iMaxcan 并分享给我们的付款处理方。银行卡信息在传输过程中会被加密,iMaxcan 不会接触到实际的卡号。当使用保存的支付方式或新信用卡在 iMaxcan 的网站或应用程序上购买商品和服务时,为处理您的付款、遵守金融法规、防止欺诈、以及排除付款故障,处理付款所需的信息将会分享给我们的全球支付处理方和我们的银行合作伙伴。使用您银行信息所进行的付款会以加密方式保存,以防止在没有明确许可的情况下出现未经授权的访问。

送货尺寸说明

1.The Door Is Too Narrow For Entry.

The door is smaller than the outer packaging of the machine, and the width of the box is too big.

2.Easy To Move

3.Cannot Enter The Corridor.

4.Reserve Space For Placing The Machine.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine when it is working, and to facilitate the replacement of ink later on. Whenplacing the machine, a distance of about 100 cm should be reserved for the left and right and the rear, and a distance of at least 200 cm should be reserved for the front.

Shipment Related

Provide warehouse booking, ship booking, warehouse entry, and container loading services within the agreed working day;

Some designated freight forwarders cannot carry ink, for that our freight forwarders need to be choosen to transport the ink, during this period, the shipping schedule may be delayed, and the relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer;

The print heads for air orders are with the machine, and the print heads for sea orders are determined by the customer. Due to the long shipping time and the complicated marine environment, print heads are easily damaged or lost. If damaged or is lost, the cost is borne by the buyer, it is recommended to send through DHL separately;

Customers in special regions and countries need to apply for special customs clearance certificates, please contact your sales agent in advance to manage contact and communications, so as not to affect the delivery;

If the machine needs to be released at the port, please submit it in time. It can only be processed on working days, services cannot be provided on the weekend and on holidays.

Related After-sales Services

After receiving the goods, if the machine is damaged during transportation, our company will assist the customer with insurance claim process to ensure that customer funds are recouped;

During the use of the machine, if the machine is damaged due to the operations of the customer, it will not be covered under warranty;

Machine year-round warranty service (with the exception of the ink system and print heads, if you want to get Ink system and print head solution, please consult details with a business representative);

Within 5 days after payment, you can enjoy the exchange of machines at the same price for no reason or make up the difference to exchange for higher-priced products.

Please follow the step by step instructions and operations under the guidance of the technician, if the machine is damaged and need to be repaired due to buyer operating error, shipping costs for round-trip accessories are borne by the buyer.
